Under Wellbeing Coaching, I offer the following services:
Holistic Mind-Body Coaching Sessions: Customized, boutique sessions towards client’s needs in mindfulness practices such as yoga, Pilates, and meditation; supported by sound and aroma therapy.
Health and Wellness Coaching: These sessions are geared towards the overall wellbeing of the individual aligned to their goals or the changes asked by their healthcare practitioner.
I am working with a holistic mind-body approach which includes my knowledge as:
- professional certified coach
- yoga and Pilates teacher
- Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Thai Massage and other healing methods
Through this I offer my clients to dive deeper and use their unconscious body-wisdom. Many of our chronic pains, such as:
- back pain
- hip and knee problems
- digestive problems
have psychosomatic causes. In the holistic mind-body coaching we will gently discover and remove these causes, so your body can heal.
Somatic Coaching: Somatic coaching is a significant tool that brings the body-mind connection into the coaching conversation. Somatic approach to coaching enables the coach to observe clients holistically during the coaching conversation and encourages clients to do the same. Soma comes from the Greek word for body. The role and power of the body is often ignored in conventional coaching conversations. The somatic coaching combines body’s intelligence with the client’s sensate experience to devise a strategy for change. It is a process in which one embodies new practices to be able to create a body of action.
How do you work with me as your coach?
First, you’ll have an introductory session with me over the phone, zoom, or in person. The sessions will range from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. During that time you’ll talk about what you would like to accomplish through this engagement.
After that the regular sessions will start. They vary between 60 and 90 minutes. Through the questions I will ask, you’ll define your goals and the challenges that could stand in your way. Then you’ll outline the steps you’ll need to take to achieve those goals.
