"Personality at work PART 2 - create your personal energy care program" on April 19th, 2021

Often we feel unbalanced, stressed, tired even overwhelmed. Many then speak of an unbalanced work-life balance. But in reality, it is rather our inner balance that is out of gear. It doesn't matter whether we are at work or in our private environment. If the activity does not match our needs, values and personality traits, we lose a lot of energy and get out of balance.
In this workshop you will develop your personal energy care program, which will help you to keep your energy reservoir always at a good level and thus your inner balance stable. Once you have developed your personal energy care program you will know better what gives you energy so you will be able to decide much faster what to do best when you feel drained.
30 min theory and input plus 30 min of experimenting and discussing what you have learnt
What to expect
At the workshop I will shine a light on the following topics:
Short refresher of personality traits (for those who couldn't attend part 1).
Group discussion about different activities where you gain energy.
Creating your personal energy care program.
Bring colorful crayons and paper so you can get creative!
