Learn how to feel – emotions can be powerful and energizing!
Emotions are there to guide us in life. They protect us, they give us energy when we
need it the most, they connect us with others and much more. Yet it is not easy to
feel the pure emotion which is guiding us. Very often we have unlearned to feel. We
suppress them, we don’t know what they really feel like. This workshop gives you the
opportunity to reconnect your mind with your emotions. This is not only the base of a
fulfilled life but also fundamental for your communication with others.
The purpose of the workshop is to help you to understand better:
The five basic emotions: joy/happiness, grief, anger, shame/guilt and fear/worries.
30 min theory and input plus 30 min of experimenting and discussing what you have learnt
What to expect

What emotions are.
What the 5 basic emotions are coming from.
How you can learn to use and understand them better.
