About Alexandra Philipona, PCC, ICF
I am passionate about personal growth and learning, and that makes me also a passionate teacher and coach.
As an international Professional Certified Coach coach I support my clients in their personal growth; to become authentic leaders who are living a fulfilled life.
Coming from over 20 years of international business background and over 10 years studying personal development and coaching, I combine both in a way that my clients have the greatest benefit.
I've started my career as an engineer and took over the position of an associate CEO in a company with over 250 employees at the age of 32.
Being a mother of 4 children gives me the personal experience what it means to be at the limit and still perform on a high level; as the understanding how hard it can be to set priorities.
I love studying and growing my knowledge. That's why I have explored more about personal development and coaching. The combination all of this gives me a profound background of experience in private life and management. Therefore I provide a unique individualized support to my clients. I love coaching "the great picture" and thus enable my clients to gain a deep insight into their own personality and behaviors.
I have worked in Germany, France, Austria, India and Switzerland, where I live currently. Hence I am fluent in English, German and French.
"I believe in freedom, authenticity, wisdom and strength. "
Currently I am the Leader of the ICF Chapter in Bern where I am organizing events for coaching training to support the quality of coaching in Switzerland.

DENKWERKSTATT FÜR MANAGER, Mannheim, Germany
Digitalisation is changing products, markets and the way we live and work. Simple and repetitive tasks are increasingly performed by machines; networked and intelligent means of production give an idea of where Industry 4.0 is heading. We are in the midst of a cultural revolution, which is enormously challenging for management and requires courage.
